Customer service has left a LOT to be desired. My pair of glasses broke, and I need to order a new pair, but I'm currently out of state. I have been calling and asking for my eye prescription for 2, going on 3 weeks now, and they STILL have not sent it to me despite calling nearly every day. Let's just say I'm not planning on returning here when I'm back home, either. Extremely disappointing, as I used to love this place.

Used to love this place prior to the switch, never had issues. My family of 4 purchased glasses from here in Feb. 3 out of 4 frames have broken, which we have the protection plan and was an easy process with the first pair. The other 2 have been a completely different story and have been told I would be reached out to by someone and have yet to had any contact from them. Poor quality frames (expensive prices tags) and little to no customer service, it's ridiculous. I do not suggest this eye dr and as of now will be looking elsewhere.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. They helped me find the best deals for my circumstance and they caught a mistake in my prescription from a different provider. They were also very accommodating when I chose to forgo progressive lenses--I couldn't get the money back but I ultimately got a free pair of Rx sunglasses! Highly recommend this location and will be coming back

I used to highly recommend this office when it was 'The Eye Guys,' but the new team is disappointing. My first and only exam with them resulted in an incomplete prescription (missing prism), which caused significant issues with the new glasses I ordered from Warby Parker. To make matters worse, when I tried to address this in person, the office was locked with the lights off at 9:00 AM on Saturday--their posted opening time. When I finally got in, the experience was even more frustrating. Instead of apologizing for the clinical oversight, the staff told me I should have purchased glasses from them--as if buying in-house would have fixed a faulty prescription. I have since switched to another optometrist.

I've been seeing Dr. Lee for years. He is amazing!!! He always takes great care of me. Dr. Lee is knowledgeable, relatable and attentive. His staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Nathan the manager in the office was awesome and nice! I can't recommend this office enough!

Office staff was incredibly helpful in navigating my new vision insurance and helping me order contact lenses. Will definitely be coming back for my eye care/eye health needs from now on.

I used to have exams at this location when it was The Eye Guys. I was sad to hear that Dr. Young retired because I had grown accustomed to his unique personality, but my experience at the "new" location and with the new company today was absolutely fine. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and trusted the knowledge of the new optometrist after speaking with him. I know change is hard for some members of the community, but I think it's worth giving this new place a chance. I appreciated that the diagnostic and exam equipment had been updated, enabling more accurate measurements and imaging. With my insurance, I didn't see much of a change in the pricing from the previous business. It works for my needs and income. I will return.

I used to go to The Eye Guys. The Dr must have retired and the place changed over to something else and kept the records. All the new people were nice. They had no problem finding my insurance. The on-line appointment making and rescheduling is very nice and convenient. I just wanted to get my eye exam done since it has been a couple years. I wasn't feeling like shopping for glasses today. I am really picky for something with a more unusual colorful style. They do have a nice collection for most people. The saleswoman was putting on the pressure to get me to pick something out today. I'll definitely continue to go here, but they can back off a bit if the customer isn't wanting to get their new glasses just yet.
