I used to go to this office when it was Vincett. This was my first time at this office again since they became my eye doctor. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff. My appointment was at 8am and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with joy and kindness. Forms were easy to fill out and any questions I had were answered quickly. If there were things my insurance did not cover, I was informed before anything was conducted so I wasn't blindsided by unknown costs. Overall great experience and I will be making this my preferred location from here on out. Thank you guys for a great experience!

Dr Dang refused to see me because I had a lap child with me. I hadn't been to the eye dr in two years and was finally getting the care I needed. Dr Dang claimed that the instruments wouldn't be able to be flush with my face but I'm looking online now and it looks like lots of people bring babies and toddlers to eye appointments generally. A doctor who can't accommodate this should probably have some sort of disclaimer at scheduling time. She was even right out front and saw me coming in with my kids. She was not explanatory or apologetic about this at all, she said if I couldn't get my child to sit away from me (she's 1 1/2), I would have to leave. She sent in a bigger guy to escort me out like I was being troublesome (I was not). She said we could "just" reschedule, meanwhile I am 6 months pregnant and it took a lot of effort to get myself and two children out the door, just to be sent away halfway through the appointment. They rescheduled me but honestly the more I think about it the more upset I feel. Especially when I read that lots of eye doctors do accommodate lap children. I really don't want to come back. It's a shame, I remember going to this location when it was Vincett as a child. We live five minutes down the street and my husband was literally coming to pick my toddler up. They refused to wait.

I received an automated voice message After hours that my glasses were in and we're ready to be picked up. I took off work the following day early to go pick them up only to find that the office was closed and open only for special testing. This was not on the website nor did they mention it in their voice message to me.

I have been going to this location for years. (no problems in the past) They recommended a test that they didn't have the machine to do it, or it was broken or being delivered. I could wait until they had the equipment or go to monroeville. I said that I would wait and have them do it. I had 2 appts. and one visit to pick up glasses. They billed me beyond what they should have - according to my insurance. I spent well over an hour with my ins and with the dr's office and it was a nightmare. I just received a bill again from them after trying to get this resolved. I will NEVER go back to this office. Oh, and although I mentioned several times that I was waiting for a call about getting the test, I'm still waiting 5 mths later. So incompetent. And the front desk people are not very nice.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called because I had a question about my prescription because I'm ordering glasses online and they had me on hold and no one answered my call that was on hold, I was on hold for over 10 minutes. Then the doctor kept calling my newborn son (I had my kids with me) a girl after I corrected her MULTIPLE times

Felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected after my visit today. I had initially gone in today for an eye exam since I'm due for one, but I generally get my frames elsewhere where I get the style I actually want and was planning to bring the frames here to get the lenses. My english isn't too good and my wife is actually typing this review for me. Everything was going great initially with the exam, until they found out I didn't want to purchase my frames from them. I had to call my wife to help me out with some miscommunication that was going on, and my doctor, Dr. Dang came out, basically explained to me how I'm wrong for not purchasing their frames, and rudely walked away from me not even giving us a chance to talk or explain the situation. The front desk lady also tried to make smart remarks regarding me not buying their frames by saying it "messes with my insurance". My wife came here previously and was pleased with her experience, and thats why I came. So unprofessional and disappointing given everything was going okay up until the whole frames situation. If you don't buy anything from them, their demeanor immediately changes. I was just shocked by the way I was treated. Also, not to mention we were trying to be as nice as possible about the situation and their attitude was just so uncalled for.

My old glasses placed had a problem with seeing me & told me to find another place to get my glasses!! I came to this professional place here, My Eye Doctor & it's so much cleaner!! The staff is very nice & they interact with all their patients!! I'm so glad that other place stopped seeing me & sent me on to another!! They don't know how HAPPY nbnnnbb are and 8
