This place sucks. I would give it a zero but it's not possible. The owner of the office is disrespectful and rude and so is the office manager. The only person that is nice there is the older guy with the glasses. Maybe you shouldn't hire staff that are teenyboppers and don't know what they are doing and no nothing about insurance. Thank you.

I've been going to O'Rourke Vision Care for several years now and had a very good experience. The eye doctors (I've actually seen all 3 over the years) are knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. The associates who assist in selecting glasses are very friendly with a good eye for what glasses are complimentary! They also have a great selection of glasses. I purchased a pair of glasses in January. I returned 4 times after that to request adjustments of the frame because they were causing very sore spots on my nose & behind my ears. The 4th time the manager came out. I told her how unhappy I was with the way my glasses fit. I paid A LOT for the frame! She showed me a piece of paper I signed that the frames were non-refundable. I had the glasses on for about 5 minutes when I signed the statement. They ordered another frame of the exact same style & she said they would start fresh with the adjustments. I ask her how that would change the fit & all she kept going back to was the statement I signed. I received the new (same frame as the 1st pair) several weeks ago. They are still uncomfortable but I won't go back because they will just try to adjust them again. I ask if I could choose another style frame or get a refund. The answer was "no". I have never experienced a business so unwilling to please their customer

Great staff, I called in the morning looking for a place that takes both my insurance and kids under 6. They not only do both, but they had a cancellation and offered a same day appointment. When we arrived, the entire staff treated not only myself, but my son as if we were their only patients. My son was comfortable and the doctor answered ALL of his questions. O'Rourke hit it out of the ball park for customer service, treatment and all around great staff. My entire family will now be patients here! Thanks so much!
