Dr. Wendell is fantastic. She explained all the testing thoroughly. Providing a gentle touch reading my chart. She presented a positive attitude the entire time of my visit. Joshua, over the phone, was careful to make my appointment to my needs. He presented a cheerful face when entering the office. Jessica explained the tests she ran, but could have shared more detail. It may not have been her day; she had a persistent cough and the cigarette smell was a little strong. Overall, I had a pleasant examination and interaction. TY

Went in for my annual eye exam. Although I had never been here before, I had heard great things about this location and my expectations were not let down at all. When I arrived, Jessica greeted me and was one of the friendliest people I've ever dealt with! She checked me in in a timely manner and took me back with almost no waiting time to have my initial tests done (optomap and the other tests that I'm not sure what they're called ). I could tell she was definitely a pro at doing all of them, as she had them completed in no time. After I had those tests done, within a few minutes Dr. Wendell came out to call me back for the exam. She was EXTREMELY thorough and answered all of my questions completely and fully! I was very impressed with her too! Needless to say, the checkout process with Jessica was seamless and I was done in no time. I HIGHLY recommend this location and also think Jessica and Dr. Wendell deserve high praise! I will definitely come back in the future for my exams/glasses/frames.

Dr. Wendell is awesome! This was my first visit with her and I think it was the best optometrist exam I've ever had. She takes you through the lens changes slowly, thoughtfully and allowing you time to determine which lens provides the best vision for you. So approachable, comfortable and engaging too! I found Dr. Wendell to be very thorough. She explains things in a clear, down to earth manner, going above and beyond to make sure she answers any questions and then some. Thanks, Dr. Wendell! Also, staff was pleasant and efficient.

From start to finish, my experience at Pearle Vision in Robinson Township was top-notch. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great visit -- but I have to give a special shoutout to **Jessica at the front desk**. She was absolutely fantastic! Jessica greeted me the moment I walked in with such a warm, welcoming smile that instantly made me feel comfortable. She helped me get checked in quickly, explained all the paperwork, and even went out of her way to make sure my insurance information was handled smoothly. Throughout my visit, she was incredibly patient, kind, and organized -- you can tell she truly enjoys helping people. The doctor who performed my eye exam was thorough and professional, explaining every step of the process and answering all my questions. The optical staff who helped me pick out frames were knowledgeable and honest about what styles suited me best, which I really appreciated. But honestly, Jessica's friendliness and professionalism made the whole experience exceptional. She set the tone for what great customer service should feel like. I had an awesome experience at Pearle Vision in Robinson Township! The whole team was friendly and professional, but **Jessica at the front desk** really stood out. She greeted me with a big smile, helped with my insurance, and made the whole process super easy. The eye exam was quick, the doctor was great, and picking out new frames was a breeze. Huge thanks to Jessica and the staff for making my visit so smooth -- highly recommend

Dr. Wendell was absolutely wonderful! The woman who was in the reception area, unfortunately, was not. I asked if she could assist me with placing my contact order, and she said, "I emailed you a link, use that." I told her I did not get a link. Then, rather than receiving assistance with my order, I was provided with method to access the link. I asked her again for assistance in ordering my contacts. She said, "it's easier to use the link than having me help you." What happened to having a real live person assisting you with something? So I have my contacts that is supposed to have a rebate, but now I have no information on how or where to redeem the rebate. I doubt she could be bothered with helping me. I guess they can just keep it at this point. As a healthcare provider, this experience was totally unacceptable to me. You should be willing to help a patient, not tell them to, "use a link."

Fantastic experience every time! I absolutely love Dr. Wendell. I always walk out knowing I've had a detailed, expert exam from an outstanding optometrist.

The only reason I'm leaving any stars, is because I have seen the doctor in the past, and she is great. My wife and I scheduled an appt 3 weeks ago, we received at least 3 emails reminding us of our appointment time. We both left work early today to be on time for our appointments, and were told it's going to be at least an hour wait. That would have been nice to know BEFORE we arrived. At least give us a call or send us an email so we wouldn't have to leave work early to make sure we arrived on time. We tried to make a new appointment, but the next appointment was 3 weeks away. Not very accommodating since it was in fact their fault. We will definitely be going somewhere else. Not very professional to not value your customers time.
