The optical experience was awesome! Laura was very patience and knowledgeable, she made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. The eye exam wasn't my best experience, it felt like the doctor didn't want to be there and I didn't feel as well examined as I have in the past in other places. Hopefully this was just the experience with the eye exam and maybe the doctor was having a bad day.
Overall Laura made it all better afterwards!

It was my first time establishing care, I walked in and wasn't greeted by anyone- I didn't know there was a separate space to check in for my appointment. Once I asked, I went back and got a dry hi from the receptionist who seemed to have better things to do than be at work. Dr. Raleigh was also very dry. It wasn't a welcoming environment. I also overheard the receptionist state she wasn't going to greet an incoming patient and her son so the other receptionist said she would handle it.

This has been and will be the only place I go for eye exams. I've tried so many other eyes care centers that could never seem to get my prescription dialed in right, or the doctor seems too impatient to help. Not here - Dr. Raleigh is extremely polite, professional and informative. I highly recommend him! The staff is also super polite, and very quick to make sure you are helped.
