I've been coming to MS Vision Care/Target Optical for a couple of years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Hunker is great! He really takes the time to explain things in plain language and is so kind. Heather is an insurance wiz, making sure you get the best value for your money. I have no copay but they always find some way to charge "necessary" fees, today it was $39 for who even knows what and they make it so difficult to use insurance or explain anything. I've never successfully purchased glasses here even though wanting to many times over the years.

I was having difficulty with replacing my closer distance / computer glasses and it was unclear why. It made no sense.
Dan went above and beyond to help me. He investigated very thoroughly and figured it out. The glasses I was replacing had a special type of lens that Target discontinued a while back. And Dan figured out the closest type now available.
