Three Rivers Optical

I surrendered my glasses to my eye Dr on March 12th On May 19th they were finally delivered to my Dr's office I kept calling my Dr to see if they came back The office kept telling me no It was finally a couple weeks ago I was told that 3 Rivers did not have the product Shouldn't 3 Rivers called and told me so I could have the glasses returned immediately so they could have been sent to another lab and I could have possibly had them in 4 weeks or less 3 Rivers is definitely messing with someone's health And they still charged me They upset the Dr myself and my husband I would suggest not to go there Ok I'm updating on June 4th I wrote Steve Seibert CEO of Three Rivers Optical He called me personally He told me that he did not receive my frames til March 27th Complete Primary Eye Care Dr Brittany Kay never posted my charge card til March 26th So my frame sat somewhere for 15 days He said the glasses were placed on April 1st He said the glasses were ready to ship back on April 3rd He said his lab was waiting on a clearance The clearance was there on May 16th The glasses arrived in Hubbard, Ohio at my Dr's office after 1 pm We went the next day to pick up the glasses This was 9 weeks and 6 days my glasses were out Now I don't know what the clearance was about but it makes me think my glasses weren't being paid for by my Dr and as I said we charged them on March 12th We called my charge company and they said I did indeed charge them on March 12th and the Dr had the card on pending so it never went through til March 26th I called and asked Julie in person the glasses employee at my Dr's office Where are my glasses She just said always I don't know and at one point they told me at my Dr's office Three Rivers did not have the material to make the lenses Mr Seibert told me this is not true He and I both apologized to each other I totally do not understand why this Dr Brittany Kay did this I called her yesterday at her office to tell her these new details and she will not speak with me and doesn't have time for personal phone calls I would suggest not to go to Complete Eye Care in Hubbard, Ohio This took a lot of my time and she can't speak with me Thank you Steve for informing me What really happened For you who reads this, this whole situation was a lot and I've never ever had this happen before I've never seen my charge card pending my whole life I thought on March 12th the glasses would be back in 2 weeks or less I don't think that Three Rivers was the problem now
