Worker keeps putting customers on another worker because she is doing something. A customer came in just to retrieve her new glasses and the same worker told her to wait she was doing something and then she gets done then she'll be with her. Whatever she was doing could have waited , tend to your customers and then go back to what you were doing.

Terrible eye exams, both times! I told the technician I couldn't see out of the new glasses, she insisted that I would get used to them in a few days. 10 months later I'm still fighting for new lenses and I still can't see. A eye MD confirmed they were the wrong prescription and the lenses were reversed. Never, ever again! Run, don't walk away from this place.

Care and eye exam were good but on a Friday afternoon I had to wait an hour just to pick up some contacts that were ordered. Silly. And all of their frames are locked up, so trying on different ones is a chore.
Definitely going elsewhere in the future.

Consistently the worst experiences with this place. I won't bore you with details. But for the third year in a row this place was a nightmare. This entire team is so unbelievably negligent. They really should be ashamed. The hospital itself is great, but UPMC Optical Shop is pitiful. If you actually need your glasses, go anywhere else to get your glasses prescription filled.
