Was there for 3 hours & never saw a doctor. I left.
In reply to UPMC's response below, I completed/submitted the form. I'm not paying for the visit, as I received no service, and should actually charge UPMC for my time. I was in pain and it was made worse by this visit.

After seeing them and they couldn't do much they recommended I go next door. Okay, fine. Next door Melissa Heary just did the same exact thing that urgent eye care preformed. What a waste of time and money. These doctors will do anything to lie and get more money out of you. So annoying.

They had the equipment to get sawdust out of my eye. Another urgent care did not have the same equipment and missed the sawdust. They saw me quickly, and did a great job.

Horrible! I have been waiting for over two hours. Receptionist left, and I was just left in a room waiting. There is not even someone to ask how long. If I wasn't in so much discomfort I would leave, but my doctor told me to cone here because it could be serious. Very unprofessional!
