I've been to various Visionworks in a few different states but this is the best one I've visited. They confirmed that my insurance was accepted weeks prior to the appointment. I came in early and they took me back right away. Everyone was very polite and the eye doctor was very helpful and referred me to a nearby specialist since I am new to the area.

I refuse to go to any other optometrist other than Dr. Todd Shuba!!! He truly cares about his patients and he takes the time to explain everything regarding your vision. Missi, Elaine and the young lady that does the initial exams (I apologize that I cannot remember her name) are so nice and sweet. I have been a patient for 15+ years and it's always a great time during my appointments. Thank you, Dr. Shuba for taking such excellent care of my eyes!!!!

He was caring, professional, and extremely helpful. He showed me the direction to walk to the pharmacy and how to get back the convention center. I don't know what I would have done without the care I received.

Very slow at repairing small parts on glasses with five employees there terrible customer service told me an hour and it took them the whole day to fix it I highly recommend the service of the waterfront vision works way better service faster and quicker then the other one I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone

I had a disappointing experience at this location.
I came in because I was having issues with my glasses. The staff measured the lenses and told me they matched my prescription, recommending that I wait until my next eye exam to start over. I decided to return to the place (not VisionWorks) where I had my eyes examined earlier in the year to see if they could help.
The optician measured the lens and found they were slightly off from my prescription, enough to cause the issues I'd been experiencing. I then visited a different VisionWorks location, where the optician confirmed the inaccuracies and arranged for the lenses to be remade.
I shouldn't have had to go to a different VisionWorks location just to confirm there was a problem. I wish the staff here had been more thorough and attentive during the initial check, as their dismissal was incredibly invalidating and almost led me to waste the time, effort, and money I'd already invested in the glasses.
