They were very accommodating in obtaining a fast appointment for eye exam. The communication throughout the process was excellent. I was out of there in an hour, including choosing glasses. I really appreciated the way the eye glasses are arranged in store by frame types; square, round, cat eyed, etc. This saved going through glasses I would not wear.

I returned to Visionworks after many years trying other eye offices. I appreciated not having to wait long when I arrived at my scheduled appointment. Dr. Rose was very knowledgeable, pleasant and attentive. She really cares about the health of your eyes and informed me of a cataract and provided a referral to a surgeon. The prescription she gave me was a bit too strong, but she gave me a new trial pair and it worked out just fine. Contact lens order process was very smooth and lenses arrived in a few days time. I think there's an option to just order lenses/glasses online as well which is very convenient. I was able to exchange the incorrect box that I had initially ordered without issue. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful and attentive as well in the process of correcting my prescription and consulting with the doctor. I like the ease of making the appointment and how smoothly everything went. Would definitely recommend!

The sales associate did not go over other lens options and just gave my kids basic lenses. Neither of their glasses have anti-glare or blue light blocking. My husband's glasses are the same. No anti glare. We usually have a positive experience here. I usually go get our glasses elsewhere because of the cost of all the extras for the lenses is more affordable without insurance from online glasses stores.
