Great service, They cared about my vision issues and also cared about my health issues that might impact my vision. Friendly and professional. The eye exam and glasses were reasonably priced. No hassle scheduling and a quick (3 to 5 days) delivery of glasses. I'm very happy going there.

I came here for a paper copy of my prescription to buy glasses online. Knowing this, they intentionally did not take my pupilary distance (nor did I know what that was) so that I would have to return.
I would've been happy to pay an extra fee for it. This combined with high pressure sales make for dishonest business. This is borderline petty because I didn't want to pay triple digit prices for glasses.

I seem to be an anomaly here. When I went in to set an appointment up with them they were super friendly with me and even set me up with an appointment for within an hour. Showed up, went right in and the doctor was very nice to me and told me about everything that was going on with my eyes. Picked out some lenses and they said they would be in about 2 weeks.
2 days later on a Sunday I was called and told they were in, went the day after and they were perfect in every way.
Did not have a single problem with them, honestly they were better than anywhere else I've went to in the Pittsburgh area.

At first I had a great experience scheduling and with my eye exam. But they never called me to let me know my glasses were in, even though I called 2x trying to find out. I was told they would contact me when ready to be picked up. I also called and I'm not sure who Colleen thinks she is but attitude doesn't fly with me. I will be saying something when I go in to get my glasses. The last two times I called I had gotten so much attitude from the employees. I defiantly from now on, be going some where else. Highly recommend NOT going there. Also I never leave reviews, ever, but this place is horrendous and the selection of eye glasses is even worse

If I could do 0 stars I would. The doctor has some weird informercials with himself in it, playing while you wait that we're super creepy. The doctor is condescending, repeatedly asked me to do extra tests When I had already said no multiple times. I was simply there for an eye exam to get glasses. Purchased glass, expensive ones and the welds broke in them 6 months later in two different places. I did receive a warranty replacement but the process was exhausting because the staff is not on the same page with regulations for warranties.
