Warby Parker East Liberty

Customer service was excellent. Derrick (I hope I'm getting his name and spelling correct) was attentive and helpful. He knew exactly which glasses would work best for my face. And knew which transition lenses would work well with the frames. I'd recommend shopping here. Good deal with buying more than one frame and nice return policy. But I'm liking my glasses and plan on keeping them.

Derek and the other gentleman that was working with him today were both very helpful in selecting several new frames. They have good taste and helped decide what looked and fit best. In addition the other guy whose name I can't remember even found a pair of glasses I really liked that I purchased years back and they no longer carry in store and he was able to add them to my order after finding them online for me. 5 stars thanks again for the help today guys!

Professional and Friendly staff that provided a seamless process I did like the basics of the store- it was just filled with many options to choose from Purchased a (prescription) regular pair of glasses and also sunglasses

I've had to pop in a couple times for some refitting, dealing with an incorrect shipment, and submitting my frames for lens replacement. Every time, store associates have been warm and friendly, quick and helpful to answer any questions, and with astute attention to detail when it comes to refitting. Really great folks that work in the store, the kind you know will always help to resolve any questions or issues you may have. Thank you!!

The customer service here is fantastic! I have had some bad experiences choosing glasses at other optometrists recently, but my experience today with Ashley at WP East Liberty was amazing. I was free to look around and try everything on without feeling rushed or pressured to buy anything. When it came time to pick and order my frames, Ashley brought out extra colors and let me choose the features I needed without making me feel like I needed to spend a fortune. The rest of the staff were also very friendly. The space is also very clean! That's important when trying things on your face. I can't wait to come back and get some extra pairs! I was shocked at how little I spent out of pocket here versus with my insurance at other places. I'm so glad I stopped by!!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Warby Parker on Penn Avenue in Pittsburgh. The sales clerk, Derek, along with everyone working there, was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with me. I have a hard time making decisions and ended up coming back three times in one week. Each time, I was greeted with a warm welcome and immediately asked how they could help make the decision easier for me. I was very impressed with their professionalism and care, and in the end, I was truly satisfied with my experience. This is my fifth pair of Warby Parker glasses, but my first in Pittsburgh and I'll definitely be back!
