Parking is on street or garage but you'll probably pay either way. The office is located on an upper level and the elevators are slow. I mention this because I always cut it close on time so between the location in the actual building and parking, which is sometimes a little out of the way, I allow for a few extra minutes. I've had a couple urgent eye issues and they booked me an appointment same day. I've also scheduled eye exams for glasses and contacts, these appointments you will wait longer for but it's not bad, like a couple weeks wait. I've been going here about 8-9 years now. My original doctor is no longer with the practice, I really liked her though. I have seen Dr. Rogers for one of the urgent visits, just this year. He is SUPER friendly and kind. He's a really caring person and you can tell it's completely genuine. I'd recommend him to anyone. The eyeglass frame selection is basic and it would be nice if they had more space to offer a wider selection to chose from. I purchased frames here but it's been 8-9 years so I can't say much about it now.

I've been going here for 30 yrs and took my children as well. Never had an issue. The doctors have always been great. The office isn't dirty, it's old with no frills. They don't call to confirm your appointment, you have to be adult enough to remember it yourself. And the staff is not warm and fuzzy, but they've never been rude to me.

I had -15.50 with astigmatism. The doctors suggested cataract surgery and i still have 20/20 vision 11 years later. Their care is top notch. Nothing but praise and appreciation

They set me up with an appointment, called the day before to confirm that I could still make the appointment, and then had no record of an appointment when I showed up. Very unprofessional.

The office is dirty and the staff is rude. They forgot my appointment, charged my wife $38 more for the same thing, and rudely refused to fix it.
