Truly and amazing experience. Due to the complexities of my situation, finding the best solutions took time and patience. Abby, Kim and Dr G. really blessed my day. I acquired an appointment quickly and I am thrilled with their service!

I absolutely recommend anyone who wants easy, and efficient service to go here. The experience from beginning to end was great. The Dr was efficient and the staff were nice, informative and very helpful with my insurance questions. They have a great selection of frames and Kim was super helpful. The eye tech at the front desk was great from beginning to end as well. I forget her name, but really helpful because I didn't know anything about my vision plan. She knew it all before even looking up much. Strongly recommend the office on Germantown pk in Plymouth Meeting. I will be going back to bring my wife and daughter.

I had a disappointing experience at this office. I scheduled an appointment for March 1 at 10:30 AM with Dr. Mehta specifically, as recommended by a friend. However, leading up to the appointment, I received a confirmation request which stated that my appointment was with Dr. Brewer--a change that I never requested nor was informed about. To my surprise, my appointment still ended up with Dr. Mehta. When my partner and I arrived at 10 AM, the front desk initially couldn't find me in the system. Then, despite my partner's 10 AM appointment, and us being the first patients there, Dr. Mehta told the front desk to prioritize another patient over us. This patient, who arrived at 10:05, also had an appointment at 10 AM, so they are double booking. My partner was eventually taken in, and when it was finally my turn, Dr. Mehta seemed flustered and rushed, frequently interrupting me mid-question. To make matters worse, I later found out that she asked the front desk to interrupt my appointment when the patient "with diabetes" arrived. About halfway through, a knock on the door came, and she asked if I could go to the waiting area for 5 minutes. That turned into a 23-minute delay. While the receptionist was apologetic, Dr. Mehta never acknowledged the inconvenience. Instead, she told me they "don't usually do multifocal contacts on weekends because it's too busy"--framing it as if she was doing me a favor, despite being the one to suggest them before the interruption. I walked out of the office at 12 PM. I ended up with a 1.5 hour long eye doctor appointment that still felt rushed. They didn't have my trial contacts in stock and told me they would be ordered and would arrive in about a week. I followed up on March 12 and I was told I'd get a call when they arrived. After continued delays, I was finally informed today that the trial contacts had been on backorder with the manufacturer but were *conveniently* shipped today. Overall, my experience is that this office seems disorganized, overbooked, and lacking in clear communication. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and respectful patient experience. I'm giving two stars instead of one only because the front desk person is very sweet.

Dr. Mehta figured out that my prescription needed to be updated when even I thought they were fine! Life saver!!

From front desk to check out, staff was friendly and so kind. Love that they offer retinal photos instead of the dilating drops! Was able to see clearly to choose a frame and drive home! Kim helped me with not only eyeglasses but found me the perfect summer shades as well. I highly recommend her and the rest of the staff, the most helpful and experienced people I trust with my eye care.

The optometrist and staff were super friendly and attentive! Eye exam went smoothly and optometrist was very knowledgeable. Finished my eye exam and ordered my contact lenses fairly quickly! Highly recommend.

Greetings, Medically pleased Yes! Front office NO. Allow me to explain: Praise points: 1) Dr. Mehta was very detailed and through, and for that I will visit again. 2) Rates were comparable for goods and services. 3) Technology and tools were cleaned and up to date. Needs Oversight, Training and Improvement: ALL of My biggest gripes are with Kim. Only Kim. No on else at all that I interacted with had these type of issues. a) Kim coded my insurance incorrectly causing further delay of products and services. When it was finally corrected It was something very simple. Why is she not trained on the various insurances. b) If some one corrects Kim on how to say their name I don't expect to hear "yeah that's what I said." Excuse ?!?? Actually I've had my name longer then you have being using it. This is unacceptable. ---- I am not thrilled that I have to provide a personal google email for this review, and as a result - I didn't. I likely will not be available for follow up for concern of future poor treatment. Thus take this review and Help Kim do better. Thanks.
