They WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. Absolutely love this place... the opticians ...and my whole entire experience here. Very knowledgeable and professional. My 3 year old son needed his first pair of glasses and we went here and I am so glad we did. I came here because I looked at the reviews and I said let's try them. Honestly all these reviews should be five stars and I am a tough cookie to please. From day one they had taken care of us. Anytime I need his glasses fixed, have a question, or needed anything pertaining to my sons glasses they always have me covered. Great with children and a great collection of frames. For both kids and adults. I used to wear glasses and the first thing I noticed was the variety of frames. I actually went in there today and it didn't sit well with me until I gave them a great review because this place is just awesome. They treat me like they do everyone else. I am seen here. I know this is extra but I also feel its needed to say, as a minority...I really appreciate that. Great business!!!

Without a doubt, this was the best experience I've ever had at an optician--and honestly, one of the top customer service experiences I've had anywhere. I came in with a bit of an emergency: my old frames had snapped, and I needed a quick fix. Plymouth Opticians happened to carry the same brand, so after a call Frank told me to drive right over to figure out a solution. Frank Gimbel was fantastic--super knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly a pro at what he does. Not only did he get my lenses into a new frame within minutes, but he was incredibly kind and understanding of my stressful situation! Incredible service, awesome place. If you're anywhere nearby, don't even think twice--this is the spot to go for anything optical. Easily a 5-star experience and I will continue to come back!!!

Honestly the best experience of my life at an opticians, and one of the best service experiences anywhere, period. I had an emergency because my old pair of frames broke. Plymouth Opticians carried the same brand so I drove out there to see if I could swap out the lenses into a new frame. Frank Gimbel was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and skilled. He got me into a new pair of frames that I actually like MORE than my old broken pair!! He was able to get everything done within minutes. Amazing guy, amazing store. If you live anywhere near this opticians, you MUST go there for your optical needs. Big 5 stars, well deserved.

FIVE STARS I highly recommend Plymouth Opticians. Professional, friendly, affordable, timely, convenient and quality. What more could you ask for? I came in off the street and they were able to accommodate me immediately. I understand that they will be opening up an additional location so you know they're doing something right.

I have been going to Plymouth Opticians since I moved to the area about 3 years ago. Frank the owner and staff are amazing. They are friendly, have great pricing, and most importantly they are honest. I highly recommend giving them a chance if you have not.

Update 1/8/2024 Plymouth Opticians continue to provide the best customer service!! I stepped on my glasses on New Year's Eve, which broke one of the arms but not the lenses. After sending a picture to Hamid, he said he thought they could be fixed. As soon as I got the glasses to him, he fixed them free of charge. My husband and I will be customers for life. _______________________________________________________________ I bought glasses and prescription sunglasses from Plymouth Opticians last year and started having problems recently with my sunglasses where the frames were stretching out. After spending hundreds of dollars on them I was not happy that this happened. I also don't live nearby and getting to the store is very inconvenient for me. So I called Bill and explained the problem to him and about 10 days later, I now have a new pair of frames (he swapped the lenses) from Maui Jim and they are perfect. He shipped them to me free of charge so I didn't have to drive the 2 hours to get them. Top notch customer service.

Before I started getting my glasses here I never wore glasses out of the house, only at home when my contact lenses were out. since going here I have found glasses that I love and receive compliments on. Just got my 3rd pair from them and they are a work of art. They are patient, helpful and truly experts in their craft. I would never go anywhere else.

This place is fantastic! The optometrist is very knowledgeable and they make glasses on site! They stayed late and had my glasses done in 15 minutes! This reminds me of a small business of the past who care about their customers and build a relationship with them. Highly recommend this place for your vision care!
