Target Optical

Yanika did an awesome job helping me getting my glasses today. She recommended a couple of frames that I instantly loved and ended up with one. She's very knowledgeable and told me about a big insurance benefit that I wasn't aware of for contact lens and saved me a lot of money. I used to go to LensCrafters but from now on am switching over to Target Optical!

Dr. Kozarsky is incredible and really takes his time to make sure he knows what's important to me and that I get an accurate prescription. Two years ago, I was unable to get an appointment in time and went somewhere else. I wasn't happy with the new prescription, so I definitely returned here this year, and we were able to factor in what I didn't like to tailor my new prescription to my needs. Dr. Kozarsky's approach feels much more thorough and person-centered than most. He's a genuinely nice guy, as is Malik, who helped me throughout the process and made the insurance process super easy. I'm grateful to have found such a great optical team.

Can't say enough great things about my experience at Target Optical Plymouth. Dr. Kozaraky and his team -- Yanika and Malik -- were professional, friendly, patient and extremely knowledge !!!! The BEST !!!

I normally don't care to write reviews but this story deserves a huge shout out! First off the doctor getting me in and fixed up with my prescription was harmless and took no time. I originally went in after a suggestion from Ray Ban meta to get the new AI glasses a new pair for driving and general wear. The Ray Ban meta glasses had four options and the one specific pair I wanted were not in stock ANYWHERE! after spending over an hour hunting for the frames I specifically wanted, calling all the stores from coast to coast the best thing happened after no luck with the glasses in stock. She had an unopened pair with the exact size and offered them to me! Just a moment of hesitation I agreed and she went above and beyond to get me the best deal paying out of pocket. I am absolutely excited to share with you the best experience ever at an eye exam and stoked to get the video rolling while flying helicopters!! Let's go!! I really wish I had gotten her name but she knows who she is and can't emphasize enough how appreciated I am of her beautiful human knowing I was determined to get exactly what I wanted!! I love you and it paying forward has paid off!!

I love the options - it was hard to decide. With the help of Yanika she made the process easier as she is very stylish and understood my needs. I wanted simplicity with a little detail.

The service at this location is amazing, the communication and professionalism cannot be beat. I have now been here for two years and would recommend this location to everyone!

I went into Plymouth Meeting, Pa location today 8/ 19/ 25 at 905am. Store was open and lit, gate up. My elderly mother's glasses ( bought there) fell apart and needed a screw. Noone was there so we waited, for 27 minutes. I called the store- voicemail was full but it rang on the desk in optical. I asked pharmacy next door about an attendant -they said they didn't know. At 933am I went to the customer service desk with my mom using a walker all the way at other end of building . I was behind a young woman who was doing returns of $129 to her personal credit card. 937am I asked at customer service and she pointed to the girl I had been behind. She was on her phone heading back toward the optical. Sure enough she was the optical attendant. She fixed the glasses on her cell phone the whole time. We finally left at 955am. She clearly was not on a break as they just opened. Not acceptable service to waste an hour of my time.

Malik has been awesome. Between my son needing different samples, multiple contact try-ins, and then just me going back and forth comparing prices - the office was so patient with us and helped in every step of the way. Dr. K and Dr. Heywood (seen them both recently) have always been the nicest guys and I just could be happier to be a regular patient there. You're not a number, they know my name every time I'm there and just as helpful as they can be. Unlike some stores, there's no pressure to buy, they understand online competition and worked with us every step.
