Received the most thorough vision exam I've ever had. Excellent staff - friendly, capable, knowledgeable. Dr. Shade is outstanding. Felt confident that she was giving me the absolute best care possible. She took the time to make sure I had a good understanding of each part of my eye health. She went beyond any expectation I could have had. Based on my family history, I was offered exam options that I didn't even know existed. There was no pressure, just solid advice. I left this first visit wishing that I had found this practice and Dr. Shade sooner and that my eye health is in better hands than it has ever been.

Dr Shade is ALWAYS thorough, easy to talk to, always providing appropriate information, never over bearing, LOVE going to her for my eye care! Dr Lei is filling in for her right now and I had a great experience with her. Warm, friendly, and thorough! I would Definitely see Dr Lei again , thank you for the care and attention!!

I have been seeing Dr. Shade for many years and as a person that has worn glasses since I was 4 years old she has been concerned with my eye care as I grew older. She is very compassionate with her patients. Most of my family members see her for their eye care needs as well.

Dr Shade and crew are the best! Being a patient that has had retinal issues since 2012 (when I was in my 30's), I trust them without question with my eyesight! They are all very thorough, knowledgeable and spend the time to not only do your testing and exams but to really hear what you have going on. I always leave the office knowing without a doubt that my eyes are in the best hands around!

Dr. Shade is the best eye doctor I've ever seen. I'm an engineer and I ask a lot of technical questions about my eyes, my prescription and associated medical conditions. Dr. Shade is very good at explaining things clearly. She pays close attention to the latest technologies and identifies which ones are actually beneficial versus only marginal. Very highly recommended.

I have never had a more thorough examination. I find Dr. Shade very knowledgeable & always answers all my questions. She was recommended to me by a friend. Dr. Shade found a serious eye condition that she had & sent my friend to a specialist. The specialist said most specialists wouldn't have found what she did but because she did, it saved my friend extensive eye surgery she would have faced down the road. Very impressive, I just love & trust her & know I'm in good hands when I see her
