The receptionist Barb was so kind and helpful making sure my insurance was correct and updated. She understood I was short on time while my husband watched our younger children on his lunch break. She helped me quickly and efficiently and complimented the glasses I chose. Doctor C (not sure how to spell Chukran) was also very kind, informative, and knew my eye history even though it was my first time seeing her. She made sure I had everything I needed to purchase my glasses and contacts and have a pair to wear that day. I will continue to recommend this location to my friends and family. Thank you staff!

The person helping me choose my glasses was very nice. The selection was good too. But that's where my praise stops. Most of the glasses I wanted to try on were filthy, with fingerprints all over the lenses. I finally had to ask for something to clean them with. They also seem to be understaffed. The first time I stopped in, there was a lot of people there shopping for new glasses and a long wait for help. I ended up leaving. The second time not so bad (I went earlier in the day). The day I went to pick up my glasses, it was crowded again, with only 2 people working. I was willing to wait but disappointed they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. They could have simply said...hello, we'll be with you shortly. Others were complaining about that. Very disappointing.

Never thought getting a hold of someone would be so hard. You can't even talk to a real person at first it makes you talk to AI and when you want to get ahold of a real person you have to wait Atleast like 20min this is insane and unprofessional.
