Went to look for a few pairs of glasses for myself and my girlfriend. After looking around and deciding on a few pairs I was "helped" by Judi, who was very rude and did not seem like she wanted to work. She was snippy when I gave her my eyeglass prescription, and was quick to say "Um this is for contacts not glasses" before realizing the eyeglass prescription was directly under the contacts one. She had a very Karen demeanor and all I gotta say is that life really isn't that bad. I have since canceled my appointments and found a doctor who is not only helpful, but also a lot more cheerful and communicative. I do not recommend anyone go here if you like quality customer service. Judi, I wish you the best, and that you can one day find joy in life.

I had planned on purchasing several pairs of glasses, but the older lady Judi had a very poor attitude and was quite obvious about not wanting to work. She had a lot of excuses not to help me even though she had nothing going on. Some of which made zero sense. She told me to come back another day. No one else was there besides her.

Single best experience I've ever had! Rebecca, the manager was the kindest person I have ever met and the most helpful. I came in with old worn out glasses and she was able to help me get into a brand new pair. They were exactly what I wanted. Every time I come in I have a phenomenal experience, but this time was the best so I had to write a review. Hands-down the best prices and hands-down the best customer service. You can believe I'll be coming here for the rest of my days! Don't bother with big name-brand stores, this place is so much better and friendlier!

I was thinking about using Quakertown Walmart for my next eyeglass purchase but when I went shopping with my wife I was standing in front of the eyeglass store waiting for my wife to finish at the registers and all I heard was the eyeglass staff complaining about another employee who was not there and not shy about being loud about this particular employee
I was not particularly impressed by their demeanor and rudeness of being overly loud and I really didn't want to hear about this employees situation
