Miriah was very helpful and professional while I was picking out frames for myself. She broke everything down to help me understand exactly what I needed and the pricing for what I wanted. She kept her focus on me even while the rest of her team were talking to each-other loudly about another employee that wasn't present. I could barely hear poor Miriah try and explain anything to me while they were speaking loudly to one another from across the room. I would advise that crew to reframe from talking about another employees in front of customers and not speak so loudly when a customer is trying to listen to the person helping them. It was very ridiculous and unprofessional. Keep being you Miriah! And thank you for taking your job seriously!

I walked into America's Best with a brand new pair of glasses from another optical store. They were defective and shipped to me anyway. I met Raven and he took my glasses. After examining them, he had to custom make a new screw to repair them. They are as good as new now. I asked Raven how much I owed and he said " nothing". This is excellent service. I come here to get my eye exams and glasses. The people who work here are always so nice and they are very helpful. If you need new glasses or contacts and you need an eye exam for them as well come to America's Best you won't be disappointed.

I have been a customer for 30+ years of Americas Best. I moved to the Exeter office in 2019ish and honestly - the best move. The Dr is wonderful, and the staff is so great. Every time I walk in, they are kind and offer a warm greeting and so helpful. After days of chasing an online order I spoke to the receptionist (sorry I forgot her name!!) and got a call back from manager John and he has gone above and beyond to help he find out what happened to my order. Their amazing customer service have redeemed my faith in the company, and really his kindness and understanding made a complete difference in my day!! 100% recommend this location.

I ordered glasses from this office. When they came in they were crazy warped. I didn't want to drive an hour each way again to pick up glasses that might work so I had them refunded. It took 5 days of arguing with their corporate office to get a refund. Now a month later glasses (still crazy warped) end up at my door. Noone ever offered to ship them. Now I have glasses I didn't pay for and im worried they will come after me for payment. I better get a way to get these back to you asap

The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly. They also had a great selection of frames, and I found the perfect pair of glasses. The service was efficient, and I received my glasses sooner than expected. I highly recommend this vision center to anyone looking for quality care and excellent customer service!
