I been going here sice I was a child. Many things have happened but not to the point where I would make it public. 2/05/26 I tried rescheduling my appointment wth the receptionist. She took the information and put me on hold. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and I screen shot around halfway through. I had to hang up. I called 10 times after that and she kept hanging up my calls. I guess its finally time I look for another eye doctor for me and my child. It's not the doctors fault but given that the receptionist will continue acting like a child I rather opt myself out.

Called several times before someone answered. When a lady did answer she was rude and would not allow me to speak. Awful thanks but no thanks. Learn phone etiquette please.

I love Dr Magro! I've been going to him for about 5 years and I've never had a reason to complain. They are always there to help with any issues I've had with my glasses or my child's glasses, he even let me order my frames online and filled them for me! I'd recommend anyone to him!

Dr. Magro is fantastic! He is a skilled optometrist with a very pleasant manner, and he ensures that he answers every patient's questions fully. Both he and his staff are professional, courteous, and attentive. Despite all this, one of my favorite parts of the entire experience of a trip to Dr. Magro is enjoying his eclectic collection of historical antiques and reproductions in his practice's waiting area!

Dr. Magro has very good manners but he is out for the mighty $$$...he told me I had "baby" cataracts but I did not need to do anything about them even though I had problems with my vision. I went to see another doctor who recommended I have them removed. I had to purchase a second pair of lens for the frame I purchased from Dr. Magro because my vision changed after the surgery. Not happy with Dr. Magro for allowing me to purchase glasses from him knowing I would need a new pair if I had the cataracts removed.

My dad went to go in there once and he treated like a bum in the street and yelled and him he can't be in there when my dad got an appointment scheduled also mind you he don't speak good English he's a rude unprofessional guy bin there for years messing up people's visions don't recommend

@marisela and Manlia- Dr.magro is far from racist an the secretary are far from rude. I have been going to Dr.magro for 16 years now. He has a diverse of clients and treats all with respect. This is a great place to go to especially if you want to bring your kids. I have a great experience every time.
