I love this LensCrafters! The staff are professional and kind. They started a new program for purchasing glasses and I got 2 pair that I really love. I won't go anywhere else for my eyes. This is our favorite place to get exams and glasses. The staff is above expectations in all areas. The ease of getting glasses and contacts is great. The staff knows the ins and outs of getting the best deal out of what you need. We even got 1 of our pairs made in 38 minutes from the time our exam was done. Really, our family couldn't be happier with this location.

Customer service is atrocious! One lady with black hair hates to stand up and leave her chair. Throws an attitude if she has to move. Asks everyone to come to her. Doesn't listen to customer and is condescending. The manager with long brown hair acts nice until you are unsatisfied. The 30 day happiness guarantee is only good on the first pair of glasses. If you aren't happy and get a new pair, the guarantee does not start over. My contact experience was also terrible. Still trying to get my prescription but doctor is only in once a week or every other week. I work on the day the doctor is in. I was assured that the tech would let him know to confirm and write my prescription. Drove an hour one way to pick it up and they made a mistake and didn't have it. Blamed me!! It's been over a month and still no prescription. Zero stars!!

Their glasses were pretty pricey but the exam was quick and easy. Its a great choice to get an exam and then you can get glasses elsewhere if need be.

Monica was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to help me from start to finish. I really liked the virtual doctor experience and thought it went very smoothly.
