Went there to get some assistance with my glasses. Right from the start was treated poorly. Explained my situation and reason for visiting along with advising I was considering scheduling an exam due to recent insurance changes. The employee was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Even after trying to explain my reason for visiting. This location is longer a consideration. Do better!

My son had an eye exam July 1st. Was told his glasses would be in July 8th. Here it is July 20th and still no glasses. He leaves tomorrow to go out of town with his job. Glasses where already paid for. They keep giving excuses as to why they are not done and don't give a time line as to when he can expect his glasses. Would not recommend LensCrafters in Selinsgrove.

Overall I was really impressed with the place. Scheduled my eye exam online which was a easy process. The exam it self was fantastic, a lot of the newer machines which helped everything go quickly. Was explained everything about my current eye health which compared to where I use to go was never done. Staff was friendly and never felt pressured but anything. Will definitely be using this in future for all my eye needs
