Walmart Vision & Glasses

I asked for my prescription to be faxed somewhere due to moving and not being close to there anymore and they faxed a paper that said prescription expired-do not fill. After I had to call twice for it and sat and waited for hours... for that.

It was a great experience!!!! The girls were excellent!!! They really helped me find a pair of glasses and we went through a lot! They felt like family! We had a good time!!!! I'd definitely go back!

Would you believe the Dr. Geist sent me a notice stating he is ending our professional relationship? He returned my copay and voided my prescription. Because I left a review stating I felt he was trying to make a sale instead of trying to listen to my needs..

Bad first experience, I usually go to one eye center in lewisburg walmart but unfortunately they sent taking any exams atm so I had to settle with this place instead. The 2 ppl that did my exams were great and very professional. The ladys at the window, the one shelley I think is her name was great and helped me out as much as she could with the questions i asked her which some I didnt wanna hear the answer to but at least she helped me to her fullest. The other lady, brittany on the other hand wasnt so helpful and had an attitude with me the whole time. Very unprofessional on her part, and it seemed like she was having a bad morning or she just didnt wanna do any more than wat she normally has to when helping a patient with any questions or anything along the matter of the exam. Since I know have a new contact prescription, I will just go back to the lewisburg walmart eye center to order more contacts. This place left a bad taste in my mouth and hopefully someone shows that brittany how to act more professional in a professional environment. It's also her job to try and help the patient out as much as you can and to make them feel more welcome to get ur eye exam there when you first come in and when ur leaving, cuz the patient in ur point of view should be the first priority.

From start to finish the doctor and staff were courteous and helpful. The whole visit was quick but didn't leave you feeling rushed and like another number. The lower prices were a bonus!

My wife ordered contacts from there, when she mentioned to him she didn't like the new stygmatisim prescription he got mad and told his assistant to just reimburse her money back. Instead of fixing the problem or professionally addressing it, He took the cowards way out. All out rude people I guess that's what you get from a "Wal-Mart eye dr"........oh yeah and don't ever mention getting contacts from Hubble thesepeople are pathetic

Woman at the desk was very kind! Went above and beyond to help us with our glasses. Overall process to get a new pair went smoothly. Highly recommended

Fast Friendly Service, My husband and I received our glasses in under a week. The staff in Selinsgrove are extremely knowledgeable. Always willing to go the extra mile.
