This place is completely incompetent! Employees are irresponsible with billing resulting in hours of lost time and hundreds of dollars lost- they even lie and say they fixed transactions when they have not. I have lost HOURS of my life due to this poorly run office. NEVER go here and if you do- make sure you get your prescription and NEVER order anything through them- they CANNOT be trusted.

I've used Springfield Opticians four times in the last 8 years. First time was at their location in Holmes, PA and the next three times was at their Chadds Ford location. They have a very good selection of frames to choose from and they are always helpful and professional. I've had Maria help me numerous times at their Chadds Ford store and I always look for her when it's time to get new glasses. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and super friendly. She genuinely cares about her customers and it shows. You will not forget her once she has waited on you. Her customer service skills are exemplary and I truly appreciate her dedication to making her customers happy.

Springfield Opticians is the most efficient and friendly office I have been to. I purchased my glasses elsewhere and they could not help me when they broke. On two separate occasions Springfield Opticians ordered new parts for my glasses which came in very quickly. Both times the parts were replaced and the owner Gary adjusted the badly fitting glasses to my face. I am definitely getting my next glasses here and highly recommend Springfield Opticians to my friends and family.

I have been a patient for years. Always have ordered from them for contacts. This weekend I ran out of contacts and given they have no Saturday hours and a holiday week coming up, I panicked and ordered myself from 1-800 contacts, rather than waiting until Monday morning the week of Thanksgiving and calling them. I needed to make sure I got them in time. I called Monday and asked for a trial pair and they did not call me back until Tuesday claiming computers were down, yet they have paper charts...and said I was not allowed to have a single trial pair to hold me ONE day over just because I did not order from them this ONE time. The front desk woman was rude and so is the doctor who apparently told her no. What kind of patient service is that?

I have been seeing Gary and his team for many years. Every single time they are friendly, courteous and go above and beyond! I recently got new glasses - and was snowtubing and scratched the frames when I went of course! Gary and team took them and buffed them and they look awesome! They always go above and beyond and can't recommend them enough!!
