Have been going to Target Optical in Springfield for a while. Everyone is so nice and professional. I saw Dr Korenkiewicz today and she was great! She gave a very thorough eye exam and explained things in terms anyone could easily understand. She was very personable. The woman who works the desk, I believe her name is Sherri, is wonderful. She knows her stuff when ordering your glasses! Thank you!

I've arrived at this Target location to order new glasses. The person that I was assigned to was horrible. She began by telling me that the tent that I had in my glasses wasn't done by them! Mind you I did have them done there!!! No sample tints available for me to choose from for my glasses, she began pulling sunglasses off display to show me the tints that I could choose from . I ended up leaving the store without getting glasses! Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time!

Woman at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Waited an extra 45 minutes to be seen for my appointment. Then had to stay an additional two hours after my appointment for them to "find my correct insurance." I had my insurance card with me and had the insurance provider on the phone. The woman at the front desk was very combative and continued to tell me I did not have active insurance, just for her to look it up and see the information I had already provided. Will not be returning.
