do not go here if you believe you might be suffering from binocular vision dysfunction. i tried to get an appointment with marla moon who wasn't available so i took an appointment with a different doctor, who dismissed my concerns and i quote told me "some people just have bad eyes." unbeknownst to them, i had been suffering from a severe case of convergence insufficiency, accommodative spasm, and ocular motor dysfunction. i had been rapidly alternating which eye i was seeing through instead of sending a clear unified input to my brain. because of this i was losing my depth perception and peripheral vision. with the support of prism lenses and a peripheral-to-central focused IN OFFICE vision therapy program, i am now starting to gain this sight back, with absolutely no help from this practice.

I had an appointment last year and was told my primary and co-insurance would be accepted. I got a bill a year later for copay that my co-insurance was supposed to cover. I called them and said this is wrong and I wouldn't have kept the appointment if they didn't accept my co-insurance. They said they got it resolved and to throw the bill away. I have now received the same bill two more times and attempted to contact them by phone and their online form. Their phone number listed on the bill, on google and ok. their website is inactive and they do not respond to messages sent via their online form.

I've been seeing Dr. Fiore for about 3 years. Love him! I have called multiple times, needing to be seen ASAP for sudden issues (I'm a T1D). The staff and Dr. Fiore go out of their way to get me seen the same day. I can't say enough good things about this place!

I was referred here by my insurance company. I called, gave my insurance information over the phone and was scheduled for an appointment almost a month down the road. I'm down to one contact and just moved here from out of state - looking for the same hospitality I would have received in Texas. Upon my arrival, I'm told (by someone who has no idea how to speak to people) that my insurance isn't accepted by this doctor. Then she walked away to speak to "the person who scheduled it". The other two receptionists (WITH OTHER CLIENTS IN FRONT OF THEM) actually left their clients to come look at my appointment information! They had a good chuckle in front of the whole reception room! How mortifying and it wasn't even my mistake! There was no recourse. Just a Lumbergh style "yeeeeaaaahhhh..." and some weak attempt at an apology for the previous person. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service skills in this building.

Don't buy glasses there. Very expensive and low quality. The anti-reflective and scratch resistant coating started to cause blurred vision. Missed the 2 year warranty by a few weeks so no resolution was available other that $400 for new lenses. I will never go there for glasses again.

Dr. Fiore saved my eye. He is professional, knowledgeable, and capable of taking the right actions. Thank you.
