Doctors of Optometry - Stroud Mall

I was helped by Anthony DeFranco at Lens crafters in Stroud Mall- he was a total gentleman. Assisted me in getting the best deal for my lenses and frames. He helped Me with my insurance - so i got the best price and service, He took care of me with a friendly disposition, always with a smile. What a pleasure- incredible customer service and an amazing representation of Lens Crafters. You're lucky to have that type ot employee- i will definitely be a repeat customer.

The facility was undergoing HVAC repairs and lost power but the doctor and staff regrouped to help their patients. Very impressive. The glasses for reading are very good.

While the business was very busy the day I had my appointment, staff were friendly, and I was not rushed or made to feel anything but important. This was my annual appointment, and coincidentally I had broken my work space glasses just recently. I had a protection plan covering them, and was able to get the frames replaced. For new progressive glasses that I wanted, the selection of frames gives ample and affordable choices. And the sale they had going on paid more towards the new glasses than my insurance! Thank you!

Visit to the Lenscrafter site in Stroudsburg was very favorable. Staff was completely helpful and knowledgeable. Eye exam was very thorough. Dr. Meade was very good in explaining the process and the findings. True professional experience. I recommend this provider to anyone needing eye care services.

I've been coming to this office for over 10 years and have never had an experience like this. The new doctor (I believe her name was Dr. Prick or something similar) immediately gave attitude because we were 11 minutes late due to traffic on I-80--something completely out of our control. Despite the office being empty and us having back-to-back appointments, she nearly refused to see us. When we arrived, the doctor was sitting behind the desk on her phone playing games and dis jot even acknowledge us when we walked up to the counter was more annoyed to get up. She also struggled to use her own computer system and accidentally deleted my husband's information. Thankfully, the tech team on the floor was able to recover it--they were the only positive part of the visit. Unfortunately, the ophthalmologist's attitude and unprofessional behavior were unacceptable. After a decade of loyalty, we won't be returning. If you don't want to waste your time dealing with an "I know everything" attitude, I'd recommend going elsewhere. After we got back to the car we even realized that both appointments took only about 45 min together total!

Easy peasy : Gabrielle and Amanda were nice and welcoming and helpful. Dr Parikh was also quite nice. I was treated well. All were helpful and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to the delivery of my new glasses.

Recently, I had three different appointments. First appt was my general exam/placing my glasses and contacts sample order. Second appt was my "training" for contacts since I am new to contacts. And my third appt was to recheck my contacts and to place my contact order. Amanda who works there was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable for every visit. Highly recommend her regarding any customer care. The doctor, Dr. Meade was very nice and answered my medical questions. The lady who helped me with my training was also very nice. The person who "helped" me place my contacts order during that third visit was not helpful at all, did not seem to know what he was doing, and was unable to answer any of my questions himself and seemed surprised that I had questions for a first-time contacts user. Probably the worst thing that happened in relation to this person during my third visit was forgery of my name on a form that had to be redone, instead of asking me to just resign it. I understand if a form needs to be redone due to error, but I am not ok with blatantly not asking again for my signature. When I asked about why there was a scribble where my repeat signature should have been, he again, as with all of my other questions, had no answer and just simply asked me to sign with a pen to quiet me. I left this last appt feeling sorry for the other employees that have to work with that individual as well as disappointed as my care up to that point had been good. Therefore, three stars.

The staff was awesome!! They gave me an appointment when through I didn't have one because of other issues I had from another lencrafter #>{! Wanted me to be happy and totally fix my issue) I give them 10 out of 10!!!
