There was no long wait. I was taken on time for my appointment. All the staff were friendly and Dr. Glasner took the time to answer all my questions and put me at ease. Very happy with my appointment.

Dr. Glasner has always been very thorough with his work and provides useful information to his clients. His front desk staff, on the other hand, don't care about the clients. Once they kept my insurance card in my file instead of giving it back to me. Even if they found it after I left, they didn't even bother to call me so I could've picked it up. I've had quite a number of doctor's visits after that when I needed to present my card. I have been looking for it for about 2 years and couldn't figure out where it was. It was only when my son went to get checked that they gave it to him. No apologies either. I wish I was there to confront them about it. Another occasion they booked an appointment for me two months away after my eye surgeries even after I explained that my vision had totally changed and I couldn't go out or drive a car until I had my glasses corrected. I hope I will like the new place where I was able to make a more immediate appointment with.

Updated review as of 5/22/25 from 5 to 2 stars: I've been going here since the pandemic due to problems with my eyes. No issue. I called to schedule a regular visit but now the doctor doesn't take either of my insurances. So I was told to check my insurance website for applicable places and guess who was listed? I enjoyed Glasner as an eye doctor, hopefully Stroudsburg Eye Specialist is just as good.

I had went to this place for a long time. The doctor use to be good and would answer any questions or concerns.. however he's gone and now there's a different one that I am not as familiar with. It was the staff that ruined this place for me.. to the point it got uncomfortable and a dread to even go here. This is not a review based on one bad experience.. this is many times over the years. One woman in particular over the years was exceptionally rude and this was observed with other patients too who would make remarks in waiting area.. I remember when the doctor woud come out, this staff member would turn into another person.. very pleasant person. Years ago, they had a better staff. In fact, I believe her name was Kimberly or Kim (I think), but she would always have a warm welcome, very efficient and helpful. A few others I cannot remember names but were also kind. Years went by and the staff changed to the point I am sitting here giving them two stars.

I've been with Glasner for almost a decade and I have always had a great experience with the staff here as a whole. Along with being professional, they are also very personable and learn about their patients and make sure you're actually informed about your health, too. I'm actually moving over an hour away and will still be choosing to come back for my next eye exam :)

Eye associates were very professional. I have been coming to this office for about 17 years. Dr. Glasner and his staff are great. I highly recommend this office.

Honestly the best eyeball place around. I had shopped around for physicians I liked and trusted. Dr Glasner made me feel safe, well cared for and has awesome bedside manner. Highly recommend. Plus they're always playing nature documentaries in the waiting room which I love

The people are very friendly and the doctor that I worked with was great. It took a long time to get an appointment and a long time to get my glasses after my appointment. The parking lot is very small and at times difficult to maneuver in. The business itself is good. There seemed to be less and less options as far as glasses go each time however the employees are helpful and do what they can.
