I enjoy going to this location. Everyone is always very helpful and pleasant. The doctor is great as well, welcoming and personable. After wearing glasses I transitioned over to contacts. Ms. Mary was very patient, kind and helpful with my training session. Also my schedule was pretty hectic and she worked very well with my schedule. I would recommend this place to a friend.

I love this Place. My Old Glasses got loose Twice and I didn't even originally get them from there and they always fix them at no charge. They tighten them up and say thanks for coming in, have a nice day. Now I'm going there Next Week to buy my New Glasses. They are just so nice there.

I liked this store until I went to get contact lenses for the first time. The doctor was nice, but the (African American) woman, who was supposed to help me with instructions, how to wear them & stuff, was VERY rude! I was really upset and I never went back there again.

My family comes here for eye exams and glasses. Most of the staff are very helpful and genuinely kind. The young lady who has always been there is exceptionally helpful and really goes above and beyond to help find the perfect frames.

Older female receptionist is very rude. Her associates failed to call in my prescription to another Pearle Vision location, and she had the worst attitude with me. At least assume the liability and apologize. They definitely could use a lesson on customer service.
