had an excellent visit today. The eye exam was very detailed, and the optometrist made sure I understood every step. The staff helped me try different frames and guided me toward the best lenses for my needs. Wonderful customer service and a great selection of glasses.

This is my 2nd time bringing my mom here. It was a big mistake. I should had learned my lesson when I bought my mom here 2yrs ago. Same thing waiting 2 hours. In todays visit same treatment waiting 2 hours again. But this time it was absolutely unacceptable there conduct. The last patient that was seen. My mom would be next to be seen. That patient was finished at 12 noon. Now we are waiting 12:15. I ask the staff whats going on? The guy said the doctor is cleaning the room. At 12:25 I ask can you please ask the doctor. Will we be soon with in 5 min or we got to go. He gets up and goes asks. He took 2 minutes talking to her. Comes out and dont say a word to us. Just ignores we're there. We get up to leave. As we are opening the door. Doctor comes out. I say to her. You are very unprofessional as a doctor. She just replies ok. Dont have morals to apologize as an educated doctor. The staff guy never communicated to say she will be with you shortly. Sorry for waiting that long. I lost all respect for this place. I will never go to them again. Unless you want to be treated the way my mom and I were treated stay away. I am not over exxagerating about this eye store. Just a ruthless doctor not caring she has a pateint waiting for 25 minutes to be seen after she was next. Rating a 1 is completely overrated. If they had a zero. I would choose the 0 star.

.. Love the Doc, she's been my eye Dr since I was a teenager. I've been a patient here since the 90's. Wish Mike was there more often.

I love love this place my daughter been going there since she was in Kindergarten and now she is going to the 5th grade. So from age 6 to 11 years old a good five years.

This office is amazing. The optometrist is very professional and communicative. She explained every step of the exam, exactly what I needed to do during each step, and was clear, concise, and very nice. She also explained my eye health very clearly and knows a lot about eye health generally. I would recommend anyone to go here for a good eye exam

So I'm not sure how this business is ran me and my children came here for years and today some guy with glasses say only 3 of my children can be seen if you have a family of 3+ they will be turned away I asked when did this policy change he shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to say it's been that way I said ok when if I've been coming here I asked to see the policy change he said they don't have it and that the owner George Morton said that .. I'm very unpleased with that and will not be coming back especially with the customer service from the gentleman who was behind the desk.

The absolute best eye exam I have ever had. The Dr there is amazing and you leave educated and fully informed. Full disclosure provided. I learned more about my eyes and my daughter eyes then I've ever had at any other eye exam and I get them yearly previously from Americas Best.

I finally went to get some new glasses after years of not getting any.... I alway bring my daughter here to get Her eye exam and glasses. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I knew that the service was A-1, but the prices are as well. I am use to paying over $500 for new glasses and my eye exam. This visit was $190 .... I was shocked!!! Thank you so very much. The Doctor is Awesome, pleasant and very easy to talk to!! Love love love this place.
