Visionworks Valley Gate

I have been a patient of Visionworks for several years now; however, I just started going to the Warrington location a year ago by recommendation. The staff at this location are so welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Briana. Briana greeted me with a smile and checked me in for my appointment. After my appointment, she was patient with me as I looked for a new pair of glasses. Briana also helped me narrow down my selection. She understood my concerns of selecting a pair of glasses that would be a good fit and compliment my face rather than looking too out of place or too big. She made me feel comfortable and not like I was burden while I took my time. Truly, the whole team scheduled that day worked so well together to take care of every customer. Shout out to Briana though; she is wonderful and a real asset to this store. I look forward to seeing her in a year. I would recommend anyone who is considering switching locations to give Warrington a call. You will not be disappointed.

My wait time was not terrible, maybe 5-10 min after my selected time. The staff at this location are perfect; they're all extremely patient and understanding. Amber at the front desk takes her good customer service seriously, and walked me through how my insurance applied and went through each of my options with me in such a respectable way. Tanya took my pre-exam tests and she was so positive and shared her good energy with me. My actual eye doctor (I forget her name I am so sorry) was extremely caring and walked me through everything. Overall I love this place and will continue to recommend this location to others. The only negative about this place/company is they use AI on phone calls. You can just ask to speak with a person and the AI will (usually) send you to one. Otherwise this was perfect.

I loved Warrenton Vision Works because everyone there made me feel comfortable and welcomed right away. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, patient, and actually took the time to listen to me. They didn't rush anything and made sure I understood what was going on, which really mattered to me. It felt like they cared about me as a person, not just another customer. Another reason I really liked Warrenton Vision Works is how professional and knowledgeable they are. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without making me feel confused or awkward. The exams were smooth and easy, and the equipment they used made the whole experience feel modern and well-organized. I felt confident that I was in good hands the entire time. Overall, Warrenton Vision Works is amazing because they combine great service with a positive attitude. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I left feeling happy and satisfied, knowing I got great care. It's the kind of place I would recommend to anyone because they truly go above and beyond for their patients.

The is my second time visiting this location for my eye exam and eyeglasses purchase. I live 35 minutes away from this particular location and I have no problem traveling. The staff is very friendly and they greeted me with a smile. They are knowledgeable about insurance and the young lady also helped me pick out a pair of glasses that complimented my face. The doctor took her time and she made sure that answered all my questions before I left. I would recommend this particular location.

Update on review: I called the store at 6:51 p.m. and they answered! I told them that I can call back tomorrow because they're closing soon and Amber was quick to refuse that option. She essentially said that she had the time and took the time to help me with my concern. I was beyond happy and grateful. I find it funny that I wrote my review about Amber months ago and now that I'm really updating it I love to see that she's the exact same person who helped me last time. Please give her a raise lol, I really appreciate this vision works Old review: I Came in with broken glasses Jamie and Amber were literally so amazing and nice helped me out quickly and yeah I mean you can't find better service than that. Briana was wonderful. She worked with us so we could find affordable frames - and was so good at providing guidance on frames that were a good fit and the style I wanted. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for many years with no problem. This year, I ordered new sunglasses. I told them I would like the same lenses I had on my old pair. When I received the new glasses, I could see my eyes in the reflection. I brought them back and they said they did not order it with anti reflective coating even though my old pair had it. So they charged me another 50 dollars and sent them to be remade. I got the new pair about a week later and I had the same issue. The manager "Jamie" called me and looked into the lenses. She said I always got high index lenses previously but the sunglasses were not ordered that way despite me telling the rep I wanted the exact lenses I had before. She was very nice and reordered them for me with high index lenses. I went to go pick them up but had the same problem with the reflection of my eyes. The rep at the store said it could be because the lenses were more curved or because of the clear frame around the lenses. She had me pick out another pair and said Jamie would give me a call. Today 9/22 I got a call from Lauren. She said I had two options, either take the glasses as is with seeing my eyes and eyelashes in the reflection or get a refund because she is not ordering me a new pair. Even though they were the ones who made the mistake in the beginning. She was very aggressive and nasty. I don't not think I will ever be back because of how rude this Lauren was to me.

This was my first appointment at Visionworks. My appointment went very well from start to finish with the Doctor and all of the staff members. I would highly recommend it.
