I really enjoyed how efficient my appointment was. I found it fascinating that it was a telehealth appointment. I didn't realize it until I got there but I am absolutely fine with that. When it's time for my son's appointment, we'll be scheduling it there too.

The glasses were nice, arrived in time. I was told several times and also given a pamphlet that said that I could return them if I wasn't satisfied and it would be a problem free return. I returned them because my husband and children didn't like them on me and told me to return them and they would come to bjs to help me pick a better style for me. The associate made me feel awful about returning them...he told me that I was wasting their money and that they would have to be thrown out in the garbage and he took 1 hour to make the return. I have never been treated so awfully.
