Eye appointments are always hit or miss for me. But my experience at Coventry Eye Care was extremely positive. From the moment I walked in, from the greeting at the front desk by Michelle to my technician Elizabeth. The technician was very polite and attentive. Overall a very pleasant eye appointment.

Had my yearly exam with Dr. Tom, he is a great Doctor, recommending my family and friends to make an appt. The staff is friendly and the manager, Christine helped me understand my vision benefits. Medric, in optical helped me find the right pair of sunglasses that helped protect my eyes from glares when I drive.

If I could leave a zero I would! Spent over 800 on glasses 2 months ago! I went in today to get a screw on the arm fixed. While I'm there I learn if I bought a second set of glasses at the same time it would have been 40 % off Frames 25% off lenses you think they would have told me this 2 months ago when I purchased the first pair. I would have gotten a second set within the 30 days. If not that very day.. Now they will not do a thing Because it's been 2 months! Only if I had known thanks a lot.. been going here-for 30 years.. and never will again and everyone I talk to and everyone I know that goes here. Never will again! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

I see Dr. Tom at Coventry Eye Care and he is amazing! He is kind, caring, and attentive. He listens to my concerns and questions, and I never feel rushed during our appointments. The office staff at Coventry Eye Care are also excellent. They are very kind, and their patient care is exceptional! Whenever I call the office for an emergency appointment they always get me in the same day. The office is clean, and has ample amount of parking.

Ordered a pair of glasses in December 2024 it is now Aug 2025 have not heard from anyone in regards to these glasses. I believe they were also made incorrectly because the doctor said one thing and the glass guy did another. Paid 331.00 for them and now need to get a refund since credit card company can't do it and need a pair of glasses. I can go elsewhere so I want my money back. Also was supposed to be contacted in January about contact lenses according to the doctor and no one ever bothered with that as well. Doctor was great. The rest not so much. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unfortunately.
