Yes, front desk is abrupt, until you establish a relationship.
The phones are dismissive, but you do get a quick call back if you're a regular.

Overall the appointment and eye exam service was good. However, delivery of the contact lenses... ugh, painful. Granted the lenses were RGPs, but I've never had to wait three weeks for them to come in and I've used two other providers in the past. It's been one week max for delivery and fittings in the past. Name brand, huge supplier, not sure why the huge time delay, unless I was forgotten. Disappointing.

Service was fine but not sure about the quality of the lab they use. On both my prescription glasses and sunglasses, the lens coating wore off after about a year. When I contacted them about it, they said sorry it's beyond the warranty.
