Dr. Crider and staff are super compassionate and friendly. They completely understood my situation and were extremely accommodating with both my visual issues and personal needs. The eye exam was comprehensive and fit to my comfort level. Finding my new frames would not have been possible without the amazing input from the staff and I have gotten so many compliments since I picked them up yesterday. Dr. Ferine Johannes was absolutely amazing! She gave me the most thorough eye exam I ever had and explained everything to me. She truly cares for her patients. Meredith was a delight to work with. She was welcoming, helpful and I had a blast picking out glasses with her. These women are a blessing and give top-notch customer service. I highly recommend!
