Very disappointed that I booked over a month in advance for my child, asked if my insurance was accepted before proving insurance info and confirming appointing date just to receive a text the Friday before right before their office closed letting me know her insurance was NOT accepted. The receptionist I spoke to about the issue was nice but it still doesn't take away that now I have to travel all the way to Marion and wait until February of 2026 now to have my toddler seen when I've already been waiting since October. Overly frustrated with the fact that all it took was for them to confirm if the insurance was accepted instead of just telling me what they think I wanted to hear because this helps no one.

I went to Carolinas Center for Sight for eye exam and new glasses. This is my second time going, went 2/12 years ago initially. From check in to checking out my experience "again" was smooth and efficient. Dr. Lee was personable as well as professional. He explained everything that was going on with my eyes and answered all my questions and concerns. Entire staff truly seemed to care about "me". Without question, I would highly recommend CCfS to anyone needing eye care needs. They do it All, truly Awesome!
