Jones Family Eyecare

Brought my daughter for an eye exam today. Staff was extremely helpful, great personalities. No long wait, awesome job explaining the eye exams. I cannot say enough good about this office. I'm beyond impressed! I will be going back!

I have been a patient here for many many years. But I just called to schedule my one year follow up, that is due in December, and was told it would be February!!! At what point in a practice do you start taking care of the patients that have been with you for years and quit taking on new ones? The girl on the phone did not even try to see if she could get me in sooner. So disappointed **UPDATE-- they called me back and got me in sooner and also scheduled my son who needed to come sooner. I just want to say thank you for the staff for caring that I was upset.

Most pleasant staff I've ever seen at a doctor's office. Everyone there was extremely helpful. I went in because I had a piece of metal in my eye. The doctor was very quick to see me. I thought my vision was pretty good before, but after another visit and exam, they made it GREAT! I think I'm pretty handsome with glasses

I was seen on several occasions over a year for an issue and they were very supportive and worked with me to develop the best method of care. They were very descriptive on what my options were to fight the symptoms and episodes. I do not have glasses so I cannot comment on their eyewear program but I am sure they use the same level of care as they did with helping me recover from my issue. It has been a year now and no recurrences!

My first and last experience at Jones Eye Care. The examination and doctor were fine but the staff is definitely lacking. After checking out and PAYING my bill, I received a bill in the mail. I called to let them know that I payed upon service. They want to see a receipt that I no longer have. I used my debit card and luckily I have bank records to prove it. I was told to make a copy of my bank record and bring it to them. I let the person in the phone know that I felt like they were calling me a liar. She said, "no sir, we would never do that. We just need to show the doctor that you paid it". Therefore, they don't believe me which makes me a liar. So now I have to take time out of my busy day to prove to them that I paid my bill. NEVER AGAIN MR. JONES! Get your people on their game! Jim Geiger

Very friendly staff... my entire household uses Jones Family Eyecare. We have all seen both doctors and both are great!

Went there for an eye exam, also needed to replace my glasses. From the 1st step into the building, I felt like I was part of the family there. Very warm atmosphere and friendly and accomadating staff. Won't go anywhere else from now on.

As a new patient I had a great experience. The staff very friendly.
