We attempted to get a pair of glasses for my husband. Extremely rude and refused to take my husbands electronic prescription. She seemed extremely annoyed with us, like she didn't want to be bothered. The Dr is never available to schedule an appointment.

A complete rip off and needs to be investigated for insurance fraud. I had an appointment with the independent provider to get my eyes checked. I have VSP insurance that takes care of my eye exam AND to check the health of my eyes. I was told that I had to provide my medical insurance card as well. So you're being paid twice?! When I questioned it, the receptionist was extremely rude. I told her I've never had any other optometrist ask for my medical insurance card, she tells me : I suggest you go back to them then, I suggest she see a dentist but I kept it moving.

I had a great experience so I went in looking to get another pair of frames but they are discontinued he looked and looked for a frame that would fit couldn't find one but found one close enough he could shave the lenses to fit so I feel like my glasses are special he was very kind and quick to help made my day bc I can't drive without em

I bought lenses that are a month old and I used the same frame but something happened to the frame. The frame needs repair but I was told the frame couldn't be repaired and I and was out of stock for the price I paid for them. The pharmacist found a higher price frame that my lenses would fit. These are Walmart products so how in the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ they didn't make enough of the frame for the customers. I think they showed a sign of very bad business. I believe it was more of a money ordeal than serving customers with the very best service they can offer.

They took forever to call back about my prescription that was only supposed to take 2 weeks because I was given a 30 day pair of contact. It's been over 30 days. I called to make an appointment just to PICK UP my contacts.... Only TWO days out the week PER doctor and they're usually booked completely.
I just want to pick up my contacts that I already know how to place into my eyes so I can SEE!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm trying to get MY medical information sent to me but they can only fax it to me or I can personally come get it. When I told them I've moved they basically told me oh well. Then they say they're gonna call back and don't call back. They're rude and very unhelpful. Don't go here.
