Doctor Prinzi is excellent, but they have a constant scheduling problem. I was taken to get my scans and tests soon after my arrival. Then I had to wait over one hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor. This happens very frequently. They need to do better at scheduling.

I have been a patient of Dr. Prinzi for about 5 years. I have RVO and he has treated me with eye injections to save my sight. In checking out this week I was told that he was leaving the practice and I was scheduled at another facility with a retired Dr. I have never heard of..No warning and no explanation. Disgusted to be treated in this manner!!!!

My appointment was for 10:10am They asked me to be 10 minutes early. I didn't see the Doctor until 11:40. Why be early when the Doctor is over 1 3/4 hours late? My time is valuable also.
