I absolutely love the doctors here and their staff is great too. I wish all doctors were as thorough, polite, and professional as they are. This is not only the best optometrist I've ever had, but the best of all doctors I have had. Mrs/Dr. Diamond is the best!

Dr. Sandra Diamond is by far the most thorough, intelligent, caring, proactive and helpful Optometrist I have ever met. She takes care of me and my husband. She has gone over and beyond when we needed extra care. Her team is professional and are easy to work with, accommodating, and kind. I am thankful for her vast knowledge of all things medical and how they relate to the eyes. I find many doctors these days only concern themselves with their specialties and do not look at our health as a whole. Dr. Sandra Diamond understands! We are very fortunate to have Dr. Sandra Diamond as our doctor. I would give her more stars if it were an option!!!

Very diffecult people to work with sometimes. Dr. was very rude to my GF bringing up our relationship even. GF was shocked at her non professional attitude. I had ordered contacts after eye exam and follow up decision and agreed when insurance kicks in (month delay for better price). I said go ahead and order them and I'll pick them up after the certain date. Dr and staff assured they will be here waiting. Guess what happened? I called no answer and no timely call back. GF goes all the way up there and sure enough never ordered. Yes I got upset at Dr. so gladly she fired me. Good riddance.

My family and I have been a patient here for about 9 years and I can honestly say Dr. Diamond is GREAT. Not only a great eye doctor, she makes my wife and son feel welcome at every visit. Dr. Diamond is my hero as she played a key role literally in saving my life all because she really cares for our well being. Thank you Dr. Diamond, as long as I have eyes,... I'll be seeing you!

The Diamonds never make you feel like a patient. Feels more like sitting down with a friend and having a conversation. Very smart and proactive about your eye health and care. Don't understand the negative review. I and my whole family have been going to them for years now and have never experienced anything but the best. We recommend them to everyone. Those that have gone to them thank us for referring them because they have a great experience as well. A++++

I had a wonderful experience! Dr. Diamond spent plenty of time with me explaining all the complex issues with my eyes from an old injury. She was friendly and pleasant and I love my new glasses. It's great to see again!

I can't say enough about this practice. We are a family that has had multiple eye issues over the years and Dr. Diamond has been nothing but amazing. We've had to call after hours several times due to a corneal abrasion for me and my son who's eyeball was literally bleeding. Every time he was calm, professional, helpful, and comforting. He has met us on a weekend to see myself and my son. He did a procedure on a Saturday morning on my son because he was in pain and couldn't wait until Monday. Instead of sending us to the ER, he left his family to come make my child more comfortable. He is excellent with my 11 and 6 year old and was amazing when I had to go back multiple times myself for an eye injury. I can't imagine anyone thinking this office is anything but 5 star. The staff has always been accommodating and they are wonderful with children!
