These people went out of their way to help me when my eye glasses broke. This is a fantastic local, professional, affordable Eye Doctor/Ophthalmologist. Highly recommend!

This is a lengthy review, with good reason: I had accidentally broke my glasses @ work on Sunday, October 17th, 2021. I had to tape one of the sides on my glasses, if that makes sense? Anyway, I seen my vision insurance is accepted here. I called & talked to the nice lady named Ginger. Oh my word, she was AWESOME! I had explained my situation to her, I drive for my occupation and I need my eyeglasses to see. She took pity on me after hearing the desperation in my voice. She told me she'll "give me a loaner frames with my lenses out of my broken frames". I hightailed it out there! Ginger greeted me with open arms and a big smile on her face! As she promised over the phone, she gave me a pair of loaner frames to use until my new eyeglasses come in. Fast forward to today, my eye exam was @ 10:45 a.m. and again, I was greeted with a big smile on Ginger's and Hannah's faces! Doctor Hill was very pleasant. Optical Impressions, in my book, has been awesome to me. I was told my new glasses would arrive in a week or so, Ginger mentioned she'd put a "Rush" on them. I am able to see using the loaner glasses, that's all that matters. Thank you Miss Ginger for your wonderful hospitality AND making me laugh! Thank you Hannah & Dr. Hill for being awesome. Also, thank Goodness for vision insurance! If I had no vision insurance, it would've cost me $700+

My frames of 7(seven) months unglued. Mind you, I forked up money for Liz Clairborne frames, that by the way come with one year warranty (according to Google). Larry, I was told did not want to honor warranty of my expensive purchase. Buy glasses elsewhere! I do like Dr. Hood and his prescription.

They cheated me out of money and refused to give it back. DO NOT MESS WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT RIGHT!! They do not go by your insurance and make up their own prices Buyer beware!!! Illegal action and cheaters!!!

Might be a wonderful place if they were actually open during their posted hours! That's okay, well just print out something on a piece of paper and put it in the window. Never mind the web presence which says we are open. After someone takes the time to come to the store they can read the flyer we made saying we aren't here.

Bought my frames from this location back in October 2018. They have wonderful customer service and my frames were ready the day they said they would be. I will be using this location for all my eyewhere needs.
