Go to optical impressions in nexton!! The. Staff is amazing and is the only place to go! Don't waste your time at vision center.The worse customer service I've ever had in a eye center. The receptionist in the back is extremely unprofessional. When I called to make an appointment she was snobby. She acted aggressvated when I ask the store hours. She said it very fast. When I asked to repeat a day, she huffed and finally replied. I let it slide and went in anyway. Once I was there waiting she walked past me 3 times without saying a word. I finally said, excuse me?. She looked up like a was burden and didn't respond. I left and went right over to optical impressions. Best decision ever!

While the actual optometrist is great and the exams are quick but thorough, you unfortunately have to go into the Vision Care area to purchase glasses/contacts.
They are so unbelievably slow that after waiting almost 30 minutes and never even being spoken to by the single employee in the store, I got up and walked out. I'll just buy my products elsewhere.

Very rude over the phone. Was interrupted both times I called to try and make an appointment. The woman spouted different number at me so fast, when i didn't have a pen around, didn't wait then proceeded to yell at me when I used my phone to enter the number because it was "loud in her ear". Was hung up on the first phone call right after the man repeated the number. No chance to ask any questions. Absolutely terrible. Taking business elsewhere. Been going there since I was like 13. No anymore.

I can't remember her last name, but Dr Diane is amazing! She takes her time to make sure she has the correct prescription for you. I'm legally blind without glasses so that means quite a lot to me. I can't tell you how many times I've hated my glasses coz the prescription was incorrect, giving me headaches. I've come to her for at least 3 years with no problems!

That darn receptionist! She is there right now. I called to see if I can pick up glasses today and her it comes the attitude, the harsh tone like someone punched her for an answer. She needs to work way behind the scenes. Customer service just isn't for her. I won't be going back or my kids.

Sign clearly says: Eye Exam Hours Wednesday 10am -6pm. I rearranged my whole day and arrive with my son at 5:35 and they say the doctor is gone and the last appointment is at 5:30. Waste of time.
