Yesterday we had our first eye exams since grade school... confirmed Shiloah and I both need some help in the vision department. But I have to say this was the COOLEST experience!
TriCounty Eye Associates at Foxbank just expanded their space and were incredible to work with. From the front desk and wild scanning machines to the knowledge Dr. Schultz and fitting of glasses the entire experience was a breath of fresh air compared to most doctor offices! Their selection of frames and sunglasses are endless, I'm excited to go back once they get all of their displays into the new showroom.
Fun fact, most insurances cover an eye exam once a year and a pair of glasses, so don't lose it! We both got basic glasses, but are already planning our January trip back to get prescription Costa Sunglasses covered by 2023 insurance.

My experience at TriCounty Eye Associates was generally positive. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the office was clean and well-organized. However, I was a bit disappointed with the wait time for my appointment. Despite scheduling for 9:45 AM, I wasn't called back until 10:25 AM, and I didn't see the doctor until just before 11:00 AM, which was a brief 5-minute evaluation. While the doctor was knowledgeable and courteous, the overall wait time was longer than expected. If you plan to visit, be prepared to wait at least an hour past your scheduled appointment time. Despite this, because of the pleasant atmosphere and the doctor's expertise, I will likely return for future visits.

I got my eye exam & new glasses & love my frames .They are very patient & i had stomach surgery & having issues, & i have had to reschedule several times ,but they are so friendly & I have a appointment this Tuesday July12,2022 for scheduling cataract surgery. As it stands right now i will be keeping this appointment, for my eyes are getting worse & i don't want to wait to long ,for it may not help getting the cataract surgery. The staff & doctor are always very friendly. I highly recommend for anyone that wants great service , great selection of frames & really great prices .

Awesome office, convenient location. The staff is very nice, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I could keep adding adjectives but you get the gist. The doctor was great. He took his time to explain everything and encouraged questions. They look out for the patients best interest. Not product "pushy"by any means. I've had 3 or 4 appointments and havent had to wait for more than 5 mins total. The contacts and glasses I ordered were delivered in less than a week. If I could give this office 6 stars I would. I highly recommend this office.
