This is the most unprofessional office I've ever been in. I came in, did paperwork and waited on the doctor. Whenever he called my name, he didn't introduce himself, ask how I was doing, nothing. He told me where to sit and that was it. He told me based off of my pressure test, nothing was wrong with my eyes. He then proceeds to do the exam, and bashes the last business I had an eye exam done at. Then he dialates my eyes without telling me what he's doing (and did not ask if I had any allergies to them) Then at the very end doesn't tell me what my vision is, just says "A plus". The worst exam I've ever had. On top of that, the receptionist was taking personal calls on her cell phone in the lobby, whilst checking patients out.

I wish I didn't even have to give 1 star. My experience with Dr. Scruggs was the WORST eye exam experience I've ever had! I doubt that he has any idea what he's actually doing and it was clear to both of us that he screwed up several times!! The worst part was after he prescribed me the wrong prescription twice, he told me "well you're not going to have 20/20 vision". Personally, I go to annual eye exams for glasses and contacts so that I can see as clearly as possible (20/20). The fact that an optometrist would make such a statement says a lot about his practice and lack of ability to get things right.
