Love Dr.Caugh i've been going to see him for forever. however, brought in my sister for an appointment and didn't realize I had the wrong office. The lady at the front desk came back to the front (after 5 minutes of me standing there) and I said hi I'm checking in, with a smile. She said she didn't have an appointment for that name and I said Oh I'm sorry let me call my mom who made the appointment while we are trying to figure out who my mom called for an appointment the lady at the front proceeded to tell me the names of the next two patients and the name of the person who left a voicemail. Her tone was rude and dismissive, I understand we were in the wrong place but I wasn't being rude, I wasn't accusing her of making a mistake. If you want your HIPAA rights don't come here because someone can't keep their mouth shut.

I have been a patient for several years now and today during my yearly exam Dr Caugh found I had a torn retina. He was able to get an appointment the same day with a local eye surgeon who repaired the damage and hopefully prevented a more seriously injury of a detached retina. I have always found Dr Caugh to be a true professional in his field and very pleasant to work with.
