Dr. Caugh is thorough and an advocate for healthy eyes. He takes his time during the exam and answers questions thoroughly. The staff are polite and professional. Glasses are offered in a variety of styles, designers and price range. The staff truly wanted to find the best pair of glasses NOT just the most expensive.

Staff was kind and willing to use an existing prescription from my optometrist but beware, I paid over $100 for frames that were available on line for less than Thirty dollars. If you read the left arm of your existing frames, you can order them yourself and bring them in to have lenses made and installed .

The staff here are first rate professional and knowledgeable from years of experience of working in the field. I drive an hour and a half to go to this specific eye center because of this service. I didn't get this in my home town and I won't go anywhere else. Three years straight never less than 5 star service and perfect results.

Note. Dr Caugh is separate from the Eye glass Dept. He is excellent and took my insurance BC Medicare Advantage.
HOWEVER,the Optical Dept does not accept Blue Cross South Carolina advantage plan. They wanted $95 for one lens for my glasses that does not include the frame. So I'm taking my prescription to someone else that accepts Blue Cross.
AFTER I GOT MY GLASSES BACK, I COULDN'T SEE WELL. DR. CAUGH GOT MY PRESCRIPTION WRONG. I RETURNED TO GET ANOTHER SCRIPT FROM HIM. STILL CANT SEE. IF I WANT THE RIGHT LENS FOR MY EYE I HAVE TO PAY TO SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR AND GO GET ANOTHER PAIR OF GLASSES, ALL OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE MY INSURANCE WAS USED UP. THANK YOU DOCTOR FOR SCREWING UP MY GLASSES.
