Absolutely lovely people here, Stanton optical never disappoints the last time I went to one of these stores. There were problems getting my glasses to me. On time and after their best efforts, they delivered their glasses. But said "that took longer than we accept. As a company, we're going to refund everything. Keep the glasses for free." Today they replaced my nose pads on a pair of glasses for free. They were lovely timely professional. I will probably never shop anywhere else for glasses ever again. In my life. Went there yesterday and I left so happy. Brittany was absolutely the most sweetest and most helpful person I have experienced while getting glasses. She helped me and gave honest opinions and I asked for them and it was just an amazing experience. Definitely grateful I went to Stanton Optical. Thank you Brittany!! Be blessed!

I would love to bring the New Year in with a fantastic place I recently visited, Stanton Optical. This is without a doubt the best place to meet all your vision needs in as quick as a day. My experience was just so welcoming. I was a bit out of my comfort zone and within no time I actually felt l this was a part of comfort and friendly extremely knowledgeable professionals there. I was taken off to explore my options by Lauren. I thought I knew what I wanted but by looking at me, she knew the best shape of frames, color and told me exactly why. I have gotten so many compliments on my new look, it gave me a boost of confidence. 1st I went through the exam and then on to the sales area. I browsed around a bit and felt invisible. Then there was I say, my personal eye professional that changed everything. Comfort, I could be myself and from that not only did she see me, she knew me. Now don't let me lead you one sided. This is a family of people that work together to give you your best. So I got a exam picked out 2 frames and didn't realize I was choosing the same frame different colors. Lauren picked up on this right away. So I was sold and satisfied. If I had a little longer to stay, I could have taken them home that same visit but I had a previous engagement to get to. I went back the next morning and was told any associate could assist me, but I had a comfort. I asked for her. She actually spotted me and acknowledged she would be right over. While I was there, I saw another reason that this was the go to place, Marwin. A friendly face from the Evening before with a huge friendly smile and there he was again. The manager. You can most definitely tell when a business is run so smooth, friendly and on point, they have a amazing manager that they work with and respect. Now I am long winded but to cut it down. Brittany was the best help today! She helped me get scheduled for a same day appointment and found me the cutest glasses possible! More places need people like Brittany who love their job and go above and beyond! She deserves a raise! And I can't forget Marwin! He helped me figure out exactly where to go when I arrived and helped me get checked in for my exam! He also helped me figure out the best lenses for my glasses! Yall really do have top notch customer service!

$1400 later, Naydine was the best! She is honest about the looks, and helpful with explaining the process and pricing. Had the best experience picking out glasses with her!! Lots of laughs and astigmatisms...lol

I absolutely love everyone at Stanton! I finally have a pair of glasses that have the correct prescription and lenses that I need! Everyone goes out of there way to greet you and help You. Marwin and Veronique are incredible at their jobs! The whole team works so well together and they make you feel like family while you're there. Very much recommend everyone getting an exam and glasses from Stanton.

LET ME JUST SAY FIRST, THE SALES ASSOCIATE AMBER WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING A+ ACROSS THE BOARD. HER PATIENCE WITH ME WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I AM NEW TO THE GLASSES WEARING CREW AND I TRIED ON SO MANY FRAMES OVER AND OVER. NEVER ONCE DID SHE RUSH ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. SHE WENT A STEP FURTHER BY GOING INTO THE GLASSES VAULT TO FIND ME THE PERFECT PAIRS. AMBER EXPLAINED AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND ALL OF MY OPTIONS.
