Very nervous this time but my new Dr Lee took my anxiety away as soon as she opened her mouth and Sharon was amazing. I like that they are quick and easy and soooo friendly in this office even paying my bill And of course the Kind Kevin that helps me with whatever question I have. Thank you !

Physicians, staff, and office setting - all professional and inviting! My entire visit was organized and efficient at each step in my eye examination. All of the staff were so nice, friendly, and skilled.

I recently visited the Carolina Eye Center in Walterboro, SC for the first time and was so impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in the staff was very welcoming and highly professional. I appreciate the very thorough and attentive evaluation I was given.

I arrived early, and they called me right away. She was kind and courteous. Took care of my examined before seeing the doctor. All went well and the service was excellent.

Service was great. Loved the doctor we saw. Staff very pleasant. Kevin is the bomb, very helpful with glasses.

My annual eye exam turned into a 2 hour long appt. I didn't wait long in the lobby but after the nurse/tech finished my exam, I sat in the room with dilated eyes and no vision (contacts out) for nearly 45 minutes before the doctor came in. My experience with the doctor was also not very personable or friendly. Maybe she was just having a busy and/or bad day, but not the best experience. I will be going to another location in the future.

I have already left a review for Dr Clara Lee. She sucks!! I will be back to hopefully finally get my contacts. I have never in 30 years had to go back for another appointment to get my contacts and prescriptions. I am a self pay and do not appreciate being charged again for nothing!! I have already had my exam during my first appointment and was charged 208.00. They told me I would have to come back in 2 weeks for another appointment to get a trail pair of the same contacts I have been wearing for years. So because I am going to be charged for another appointment I will not be able to afford my new glasses. I tried to question Dr Lee about this and she dismissed me with attitude. I left very angry and frustrated!!!

Had my first appointment Aug. 18, 2025. The staff was very nice and the overall service I received was great. The Technician and the Optometrist were very thorough and professional. They had reasonable options for eyewear. Definitely satisfied.
